Common Questions

What's in the box?

In the Simple Plan, you’ll get –

1x 100g of raw, unrefined, 100% organic Shea Butter.

1 x bar of Black Soap which contains moringa, cocoa ash, virgin coconut oil and neem.

1x5ml bottle of Essential Oil (the essence of a plant) These include lavender, rose, jasmine, oregano and more.

In the Discovery Plan, you’ll get –

1x 100g of raw, unrefined, 100% organic Shea Butter.

1 x bar of Black Soap which contains moringa, cocoa ash, virgin coconut oil and neem.

1x30ml bottle of Carrier Oil (helps your skin absorb the essential oil)

1x5ml bottle of essential oil (the essence of a plant) These include lavender, rose, jasmine, oregano and more.

2 x 50g of organic butter. These range from mango and avocado to grapeseed and coffee.

Each month some of the exact products will change, for example, if you sign up to the Discovery Plan, January’s box could have mango butter whilst February could be avocado butter.

We’ll also include fact sheets on all of the ingredients that we provide and suggested recipe cards for you to whip up your own products.

When will I receive my first box?

You will receive your first box within 3-4 days of subscribing. You will receive your monthly box on between the 13th – 16th of every month from then on.

I loved a product in my box, can I buy more of it from you?

Our team is working hard on building an online store for all of our products to be bought separately.

Has it become essential that you use more essential oils? No worries – you’ll be able to buy bigger amounts in the near future. To keep up to date with our progress check out our blog.

Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

Once you choose a subscription plan (SImple or Discovery) you’ll receive your first box within 3-4 days of subscribing. You’ll receive a box with different products from our range every month from then on.

Our boxes will fit through your letterbox, so no need to worry about missing a delivery.  Our boxes are 100% recyclable too.

How do I change my subscription?

There are two easy ways to do this.

  1.  Log into your customer portal by clicking on the “My Account” button. You’ll then be able to change, pause or cancel your subscription.
  2.  Click on the live chat button on the bottom of this page; we’ll ask a few security questions to access your account and then we’ll be happy to change anything you like.
When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately for your first box.

We’ll then bill you on the 2nd of every month for every box after that.

How to I update my payment information?

You can change your billing information by logging into your personal account/portal and clicking on the My Account section.

Deliveries

When will my box be shipped?

Your first box will be shipped on the day after you subscribe.  All your boxes after this will arrive at your home between the 13th -16th of every month.

Can I change my delivery address?

Of course you can. You’ll be able to update this information in “My Account”

How much do I pay for shipping?

Nothing! We cover the cost of shipping.

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we can only ship within the U.K at the moment. We’ll be gradually expanding to the rest of the world as soon as possible.

Are your products Vegan friendly?

Yes! All of our ingredients are carefully curated by our experts to ensure all vegans can use our products guilt free.

Do you test your products on animals?

We DO NOT test any of our products on animals and neither do any of our trusted suppliers.

Where can I read up on Privacy, Policy, and GDPR?

Your privacy is just important to us as your hair and skin. As a startup ourselves we’re fully compliant with the new GDPR regulations. You can read more about in our Privacy Policy and you can use our GDPR form for any specific requests.
